"MEET
ME AT SUNSET 2010"
Submissions
until 30th of October 2010
Submission criteria/ details:
If interested to participate please,
deliver (CD) or e-mail your submission by latest 30th October together
with:
- *1- 2 images of submitted work, Jpeg format 300dpi
- *artist' statement or other critical reviews
- artist' biography
- *exhibition fee: £25/artist (concession £15)
- *1- 6 artworks to be selected. *Works to be labelled and ready for
hanging/ installing (though limited space, I encourage you to also submit big
size works, ideally a mixture of sizes). 2D works should have a hanging system
and rope provided at the back or attached mirror plates. Sizes shouldn’t
exceed 200X200 cm for 2D works. All works on paper must be appropriately
framed.

and specifying artist name, work title, medium, dimensions, if
for sale, full selling price. Please, consider
25% gallery commission included in the price.
! Important,
please, note:
• Entries marked with * are compulsory.
• There will be an exhibiting fee of £35/artist (concession £15, £5),
to help with rent cost and heating. Advertising not included. According to the
amount and size of work submitted and status of artist (employed/ unemployed/
or if on social benefit), concession might apply (!please, bring proof if on
benefit).
• There will be a selection of the submitted works.
• 80% of your fee is refundable if your submission is not successful.
• Submissions accepted from local (North West England) artists only.
• No postal delivery please. Deliveries only in person. Thanks.
• ! Before arriving at the gallery, please check gallery opening times
or make an appointment (call 07756912911)
• Professional artists are invited to visit the gallery and bring for selection
samples of their work (1-6 pieces all labelled on the back) or email images of
their work together with: artist name, statement, general contact details and
a list of artworks including title, medium and selling prices.
Works to be submitted/ delivered
by latest Tuesday 30th October 2010h.
Please email submission or post a CD with
1-3 images only of your recent work together with a lis of works
and details.
There will be an entry fee per
artist: £25
to be paid when you submit your entry. Cheques payable to Gallery4allarts.
Paypal transfer also OK, please email me to ask a PayPal invoice.
Re: Artwork Insurance
Please, note that Gallery4allarts
does not insure your work or takes responsibility of any damaged
or stolen
work. Please, note that is the artists' responsibility to insure
the artwork on show. Thank you for your understanding andf
cooperation.

Meetings
at Sunset hour will take place at the Otterspool Park and promenade
in Liverpool, for 2-5 days , late September 2010,
before and during the sunset. Times and precise locations to be confirmed,
please, email your details and interest to: nbartos@gmail.com,
mentioning as subject "sunset meetings".

Meet up at
6.00pm at Otterspool Park and Promenade, outside the Pub or parking
area.
If you find
it difficult to go on your own there, meet me at 5.30pm at Sefton
Park new Cafe, by the lake at 5.30pm and we walk up to Otterspool
together.
Bring your
cameras and ideas, wrap up well and bring your waterproof.

I am inviting
you to join me sunset and sky watching, during Friday 24th and
Saturday 25th
September 2010 at Otterspool
Park & Promenade
in Liverpool, as part of "Meet me at Sunset 2010" project
for the Independents Liverpool Biennial.
! Bring your cameras, project ideas, outdoors site specific installation,
work materials, music instruments or an outdoors performance, and open
up your spirit with a bust of creative and meditative energy. You might
prefer just to walk or meditate, even better - that is essential to
breathing in the good energy.
You can also join in, working together at some artists ideas.
Friends or family members are welcome to join in.
The exhibition is running in November 2010. Submissions until the end
of September.

Lenkiewicz and others.
This year, meetings take place only at Otterspool Park and Promenade
(meeting outside in the Pub yard or in the parking).

(to walk together to Otterspool; if nobody is there at this time
please, go straight
to Otterspool taking the main road; Please, don%u2019t walk through
Otterspool Park if alone as, is too late and you%u2019ll end up also,
much further away from the meeting point, or contact Nicole)

Sunday evenings, 7.30pm-9pm and Wednesdays 10am-6pm, September
to November. Show starts 7.45pm

as: screenings, performance art, acoustic music, contemporary art auction,
artists’ talks.
!Call for entries
from artists and musicians is open until end August 2010.Entries after
this date will still be considered but it won't be mentioned in the
gallery brochure, as this
will be printed out during late August - early September.
Events are

Miniature and
small Art - Annual Competition 2010

Call entries
open for " Miniature and Small Art - Annual
Competition 2010"
Closing day for submissions: 1 November 2010
All artists and artforms welcome. Open also to children.
Artists can submit for selection up to 10 works per artist. Email
or post/ deliver a CD with your submission: 1-10 Jpeg images
at 72 resolution 600x800dpi, a numbered list of works, short
artist statement, short CV where applies.
Dimensions should not exceed 30 x 30 x 30 cm. All artforms welcome,
particlularly 2D works. All work should be ready for hanging.
For 2D works please attach a mirror plate at the back top and
point way up. Please make sure your work is fully labelled at
the back (artist name, work title, medium, size, selling price
if for sale, if not for sale please mention NFS) and numbered.
There is an entry fee of £25 for up to ten works and concession £10
per artist.
Your entry fee can be paid via Paypal (we will send you an electronic
invoice) or cash, or cheque (payable to Gallery4allarts).
Exhibition
will take place during: 4 Dec 2010- 22 Jan 2010
Private viewing:
Saturday 4th December 2010, 12-5pm. Prizes announced Saturday
11th of December 2010.
Voting will
ake place during 4th Dec-10th Dec 2010. There will also be
a public voting next to a jury panel. Thank you for your interest.
